Nocolas is a HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment) and Wellbeing professional. He has a passion for leading with care and for fostering a safe working environment where everyone can bring their whole selves to work. He believes, and has seen on many occasions that this allows teams and individuals to perform to the best of their ability and, most importantly, in a sustainable way.
